i think its a good thing, but like all things in life, should be kept in moderation for extreme feminism is just as dangerous as a complete lack of it all together.

I don't like the black and white mindset of questions like this one. Life is not black and white - there are many shades of gray. Most ideaologies have both good and bad points. And anything (even water) , if taken to extreme, can be harmful.

Feminism has accomplished a great deal in earning rights and respect for women and their contributions to society. However, some feminists who hold extreme views have used the ideology to belittle men, have embraced quotas over true equality in employment, and have exacerbated the already polarized view our society holds on reproductive rights.

I choose to embrace the good as much as possible and try not to give too much attention to the bad.

Feminism is what the involved people make out of it and for the time beeing the movement is largely constituted of lesbos and women who feel like every man is going to reject them, making them a hord of manhating cranks who use feminism as a vehicel to vage war against boys ("boys are stupid throw rocks at them), while every other girl is happy with beeing a girl seeking her sweet prince charming or whatever she is into not giving much thought about feminism.

i think its a good idea.. there are still a lot of places in the world where women are considered second class citizens still..

so i think there is still some feminism needed..

i think though it has been kinda given a bad name what with all the bra burning and such.. and i don't think it was meant to make it seem like women are superior..

but i think thats how it comes off sometime

As a movement to empower women & demand eqaulity accross the board with men - definitely good

As a tool for damaged crazy women to consistently deride and spite every man they see, let alone speak to - definitely evil.

I took a degree in Sociology & psychology and a supposed feminist had the bare faced cheek to say that i did it to psychoanalyse my wife.

Psychologists out there know she was talking garbage as soon aas she opened her mouth - but I didnt even know her - she butted into my conversation with someone else entirely

Damn thing is evil it's destroying the society base, which is the family... feminists cross the line everyday, they started asking for what was right, now they want everything they deserve plus everything they want... they want to rule the world.

I don't like the extremist feminists, they are the same as an extremist muslim, called a terrorist.

Do you have a right for vote? Right for education and work? Imagine that yet your grandma couldn't even think about that.
