I am from India. I want to know which country is famous for Cinematography. Which country is the best place to study Cinematography? All the very big cinematographers are from which country? Do france has good scope for cinematography? Do Cinematographers have a bright future? Will CG animation reduce the market for Cinematographers?

Even though the bulk of the movie world is centred in Hollywood (God bless her soul!), I truly believe that the best education you would receive in cinematography, is in Australia

Most colleges in Australia offer some type of Media Diploma/Degrees. Have a search online for TAFE colleges in Australia, although that might not be the best place, it's certainly a start.
Australia has some very famous cinematographers. Eg Dean Semler (Dances with Wolves, Apocalypto), Andrew Lesnie (Babe, Lord of the Rings trilogy, King Kong), etc.
Australians are also well know for their no-bull approach, so you'll really learn well.

I assume you are talking about the art of the Director of photography. In any case, even if you are talking about cinema industry at large the most famous place, of course, is U.S., mainly at Hollywood. No doubt it's the best place to get a professional because in there are a true industry with an average good level of facture. Impossible to say a Country having all the good cinematographers, be they DPh or directors, producers and so on. There are good professionals everywhere, but Hollywood tends to attract all of them. France has a very good cinema industry and no doubt some of its movies, recent or from the past, are excellent ones. As for the future, hard to say it.

In my view and experience USA and some European film-makers give much attention in cinematography.
