it happens all the time. can you prove that its your voice? do you have an original copy of what you think is your voice being ripped off from? and is it worth all the bs to pursue it. example; I had laid some tracks (guitar) to try out a few different studios, well 3 months later my song appeared on a jewlery commercial. To try and prosecute for theft of music it would have cost me thousands in legal fees. Lesson learned, never record anything without having a written agreement on what is being recorded and what happens after with the "garbage tracks". and if your writing original material get a copyrite on it before stepping into a studio. Hopes this helps a little!!!!
