Every chance you get, run. Your legs are the foundation for most sports. Next, go to your local YMCA or youth activities center, and find out if there are any clinics scheduled for the sports you like. They usually cost money, but they are a great way to learn basics. Check out an older brother, a family friend, a neighbor, someone you know that has experience in your sport. School intramural leagues. There are a lot of avenues. Once you learn the basics you need to practice. If you enjoy the sport you will want to play it all the time. And as you get better the game will get easier.

Yeah, you should really practice hard. Never quit. Remember, if you're really determined to succeed in doing a thing, you will do anything just to do it so. You won't let anything come to your way. That's the rule of success and determination. You'll see, your hard work will pay off. You can do it! =)

join a team or if you can't practice the skills by getting a partner and practice throwing the football around. also, improve your running skills and ability
