I need to contact tiscalli from outside the UK but they only offer 08 numbers which cannot be dialled. HELP?

i dot want to email i just want to talk to someone....they are such a pile of crap....

Within the UK (you figure out what you need to dial) there are two numbers:

0207 0872000
01438 363490

08 numbers should work just fine outside the UK. I've used them myself. If it's not working for some reason, email them for a non 08 number. They'll have one.
