Well, find some polite way to convince her that you are absolutely not interested in marriage. If she doesn't want to ahve sex any more, than just accept that.

You should take responsibility, but I know you're not interested in all that stuff. So to answer your question, she can't do a thing to you unless it was rape or she was underaged. Therefore you shouldn't have worried.

if you have consensual sex , you both agreed.
