Anyone can be a good friend, but there is no place that you can go to get a good friend. Good friends are made over time. You probably already have one, you just don't know it yet.

Everyone you meet is a potential friend. Naturally it takes some time to get to really know someone. Meet as many people as you can then you can choose from there. The good thing is that we are free to choose who we want to be friends with. Good luck! Btw - it also won't hurt to pray for one :-)
