I'm studying Women in Athens for my A-Level and I've been researching the poems and plays of Aristophanes, Euripedies and Plutarch when relating it to Sparta. Is there any other primary source I could use?

You might also study Thucydides account of the funeral oration given by Pericles which is of interest not only for what it says is the 'ideal for a woman but also because of what it implies about womens behaviour

Likewise the tale of Neira the Hetaira might be of interest and of course is quite memorable.

For my greek history class we have a book of 400 short primary documents from the earliest times until the time of Alexander the Great. It is called Archaic and Classical Greece by Whitehead. It is expensive, but your local library might have it.
