If you go to Sky then his shabby tactics have worked, its not VM's fault that sky are behaving like spoilt children...
According to VM they are now taking Sky to court over this so I would hold out for a while, much tho i am missing my fave shows i am loathe to give in to Sky purely because this whole thing has shown just how selfish they are, they are advertising this catch up day to try and get as many new customers as possible, i think once they have got as many new converts as possible they will give in, either that or the courts will make them, they did themselves no favours by refusing an independent arbitrator... remember Nickelodean they tried it then and they lost...
I dont like anybody holding me to ransome which is effectively what sky are doing...

Okay, what problems are you having? You dont describe! If its because your in a contract then i cant really help you there, as its a legal obligation to at least pay for the 12 month service, even if you cancel mid way through your term. If its because you cant get through to anyone, it may be because they have a que of about 50 mins thanks to the Sky scare tactics - more people calling as they are only given half the facts by Sky. Get in touch, let me know what the issue is and ill see if i can advise any further.

Don't go to Sky,they want to kill all the competition and see how much Sky will want then!!!!! You have to keep your service for 12 months then after that you should be able to get out easily.......stay with Virgin,Richard Branson seems like a good guy,I am sure all will be well in the end.

if you cant cancel due to a contract then just phone them up and complain a little........ they are giving out some great deals at the moment for the loss of sky which could save you a packet!!
only complain a little bit and sound really disapointed and mention you've been looking elsewhere. If you shout at them they wont like it!!!
