I have a toshiba lap top and have placed content settings at lowest possible level but its still allowing porn to come through. Is there a way to restrict further without buying software. If not, what should I buy? The cost? Thanks.

There are lots of porn filter softwares available depends on what you want to buy, Netnanny is one example.
Normally porn doesent come unless you download some malware or visit any affiliated site so how come you are getting it on your computer ?
