i too have suffered from lack of self-esteem, as im sure everyone has at some time or another, but are people suffering from it as difficult to deal with for you as they are for me?
is there anything you can suggest for me to either help myself deal with them, or to help me help them realize there own self-worth?

Well, you've been through it but still it's harder for others to overcome their low self-esteem. Each are different and to some it might be even harder. Some even tried to suicide. You see, they also need help from others. You can understand because some things are hard to face alone. You don't have to feel obliged though because they're not your responsibility. All you have to do is to naturally be as an example for them. Show them how to be free and confident. In dealing with them, just have more patience and understanding, and just don't think about it too much.

Grow up, and start being NICE!!!!!!!!!!! As you said yourself everyone suffers sometimes with low self esteem, and getting irritated by them doesnt help them. count to 10, smile, and BE NICE!

Yes. What I usually do is ignore them. But when in a stressful situation I had to convince or pursue them into doing something by betting on myself.

If you have suffered from this, then you should be a little more empathetic, but realistic..they will not feel better about it, until they are done with the Pity Party
