Having your Real Estate License allows you to sell Real Estate in your area of the country and if good also allows you make money... in some cases a lot of money. It just depends on determination and drive. Good luck in all your endevors.

Just having the license will obviously give you the ins and outs of buying and selling real estate so that you may not need to hire a realtor for your own property. Keep in mind that the school is not cheap.. Average $500 just for the class. And if you decide to use the license more fees and dues are required for you to hang your license with a broker. MLS dues, National Association of Realtor dues, possible desk fees. Just going to the school will definitely help with understanding all the steps involved with real estate transactions.
