round and blue on one side white on the other and has 600 on it the other pill is litle yellow and has 44 then a line then 194 on it what are these pills ?

4 mg Chlorpheniramine, an antihistamine, is the yellow pill.
Without seeing the other one, there's not enough information to id it.

the first sounds like Mucinex, which you can buy over the counter; the second I am not sure of. take them to a pharmacist and ask, they have pictoral references; or try the website below.

you will have to takle it to your local pharmacy i have a blue and white pill with 600 on it ut its to control my phosphorus level tell the pharm your conditon he may tell you what its for.

you should bring them into the pharmacist...if they're common, he should be able to identify them for you...
