Im kinda guessing that your teacher wanted to teach you the importance of abstract thought and wanted you to research about a subjet with complex understanding between people, so basically you have to rationalize what you think about heaven and leave just an idea that represent it.
I am sure that i am not that helpfull but my advice is just write about what you think heaven is and then resume it as much as you can.
