Although there were no aquatic dinosaurs that we know of, there are indications that at least some dinosaurs could swim - there are trackways in shallow-water sediments that show only the toes or very front of the foot. This is interpreted to mean that the dinosaurs were partly swimming and partly pushing themselves along the bottom with their feet. Elephants can swim surprisingly well, and there's no reason to assume that dinosaurs of the same size could not.

No. Many people think they are, but they are mistaking the great sea reptiles of the same era. Plesiosaurs, icthyosaurs and a few other species i cant recall are the ones you are probably used to seeing. They are not dinosaurs however, but they evolved from the same common ancestor.
I guess dinosaurs would have been able to swim just as many land going animals can, but i don't think they have found any solely aquatic dinosaurs.

Yes there are fossils of dinosaurs who spent thier lives both in water and land.Even fossils of flying dinosaurs have benn found.

Yes there were mosaurs, megalodon, glaubiens, tylosaurus plethiosaurs, nothosaurs & many more. They were fish like in shape and were partially reptilian.
