You could start growing outside now the weather has got warmer.

However if you don't want to get caught because it's illegal it is better to grow them in a greenhouse surrounded by tomato plants!

As it is totally illegal to grow cannabis in this country I would suggest you don't try it. There's enough drug problems here already.
