No. INF files are completely benign, but do not launch them unless you have good reason to do so.

anytime you are in doubt you can copy/paste in your search bar and it will come up places to find out what that particular site is
This was taught to me by a computer programmer helping me to know how to be safer before clicking on something I didn't know......but I also run spybot, ad-aware etc
