Have you went back and told your doctor? You may have a pinched nerve (This happen to a lot of women after birth and people who have surgery)
Sleep with a pillow in between your legs and maybe you just need and hot & cold packs on troubled spot.
If all fails try a Chiropractor. They are well-trained to help you enhance your health and wellness by taking preventive measures to avoid by prescribing therapeutic exercise.
Chiropractic adjustment can also help restore function, relieve pain

Tina, unfortunately this is the price we have to pay! :(
I took apidural during labor and i suffered from back ache for more than 9 months. the doctor gave me vitamins and pain killers only and asked me to do massages from time to time to ensure that the blood circulation is fine. I did that and now after almost 11 months from delivery, i feel alot better! or probably i got used to it!!! i don't know :)
my advice: take vitamins, drink alot of water, excersice, stay fit and don't sleep too much :)

Please talk to your doctor. This happened to my friend and it turned out to be low level sclerosis aggravated by the stress of carrying and delivering the child. With medication and exercise, she's feeling a lot better. Could also be from the epidural if you had one, but definitely ask your physician.

you probally suffer from a nerve damage. when you give birth you use all the nerves in the body. if it hurts for more than a month then i would go to your doctor and see if he can help.
