omg!!! what is with people asking the same question twice within minutes of the first time they asked it!!!??? Gawd that is annoying. Check my response to your other question.

If it's like my Compaq NC... laptop, the blue wireless light means the wireless card is active. It doesn't blink when it's transferring data.
If I turn off the wifi from the dedicated button above the keyboard then the blue light goes out.
Is that what you are seeing?

wireless connections never disconnect therefor the light for your wireless should never go out
