There are 3 branches of government
executive = president, governors, mayors
legislative = senators, congressmen, local councilmen
judicial = judges, supreme court judges

So to answer your question, NO. Witnesses are not a part of the judicial branch of government.

Jury members are part of the Judicial branch, withness are just a process of trials.

no and no!if you say the 3 branches...its the legislative, executive and judicial..maybe u mean part of the judiciary?the answer is no and no...witnesses are not part of them neither the juries!
