Normally pyramids have shadows, but in specific light conditions (sun shining precisely perpendicularly to the ground) it's possible that the pyramid does not have shadow.

Any object that have 3dimensional or 4 dimensional characteristics must have shadows.

Just take a box and give it a shape like pyramids and a light. In dark just put the light over it and u will find on the other side there will be shadows... and there must be...

Light creates shadows... at night time, no objects got shadows, thats why ur blv is partially right.... NIGHT CANT CREATE SHADOWS..
