Good question.
They are all biased to a degree but I think BBC or the Guardian are probably the least biased, but even with them I think you have to read between the lines to get to the truth.
I have given up reading UK based newspapers, they are full of total ****.

Interesting question. To give a good answer, we would have to have a consensus as to where the centre ground was. Now, unfortunately, people will determine that to suit their own particular predjudices. Older people, particularly those that haven't been near a school or university for quite a long time (indoctrination), will realise that this Government, together with their many acolytes have moved the centre ground of politics to the left. Younger people, those that have been educated in recent times, will probably not have noticed this shift to the left (plenty of evidence on this sight to support this).
The answer to your question, therefore, depends on where you perceive the centre ground of political and social policy to be, and who best represents it.
Now, because I am an older person, who has not/will not, accept this shift to the left, I present my view according to where I think the centre ground should be, ie. where it used to be, and where a lot of people still think it should be.
A few of your respondants have stated that the BBC represents, for them, the centre ground. Now, even the BBC itself, admits that it is left of centre, and it is way left of where I think the centre ground should be.
You don't state whether you are referring to the TV media or the printed media, however, I will give you my opinion regarding the major news sources, recognising that the TV media is by far the most powerful, and is, therefore, a useful tool for indoctrinating the viewer to accepting its agenda.
Terrestrial TV channels one through five - are left of centre, and definitely left of the old centre ground. Because the BBC is publicly funded, it has a positive duty to be impartial, but it isn't. Guardian newspaper - left wing, also Observer and Independant. The Telegraph, Mail and Express, matches the old centre ground for me, therefore, I believe that it is the most unbiased. They are represented as right of centre, but that is because it is the lefties that are doing the representing.
The shift to the left, although commencing more than ten years ago, has accelerated under this Government, aided and abetted by educationalists, the TV media, this Government, and other acolytes.
I needed to give some background to explain where I was coming from, because I think that your question is deceptively difficult to answer.
