Whether or not the government is attempting to swindle us is irrelevant.

What is important is that we, as a conscientious species, en devour to cause as little harm to ours, and all the other species of the worlds, and all the future generations home.

I'm no tree hugger, but I do switch the light off in empty rooms, switch the TV off at the plug, recycle and persist in various other activities that, should we all collaborate in, could make some difference to our environment. I have also recently turned over 150 Ha of land to woodlands which, although not much, is more than nothing. I am the bane of my girlfriends life, encouraging her to grow plants and make changes of her own.

What I am driving at is that we can all pull together to make our planet a nice clean, sustainable and healthy place for our kids to grow up in.

You say "Why are we still being forced to feel guilty for something we haven't done?

Did you notice that you contradict yourself? "forced to feel guilty for something we haven't done" and "in the Bentley(12mpg)".

Oh, and I don't believe for one second that you have ever come closer to a Bentley other than being shooed away whilst pressing your nose against one parked in the street.

Yes, politics has taken the place of fact and common sense. I always thought that C4 was left of centre, so I am surprised that it has blown the whistle. I never did believe that human kind were causing global warming. Those that do, and continue to do so, are beyond hope.

The whole idea behind the the global warming agenda is to attack 'Capitalism' and to provide the 'left' with more control in moving toward its totalitarian ideal. The C4 programme provides them with a test as to whether they have been successful in indoctrinating the majority of people. I think that they have, and the left wing media will continue to push it.

Given two sets of opposing opinions,
you, a non scientist, have simply chosen the set that suits your lifestyle.
Does the british government really need to go all the trouble of concocting a world wide global warming conspiracy just in order to tax us more?
And if it's such a fantastic money making scam, why is the American government not in on the wheeze?
Try looking at all the evidence, not just the bits that fit your own opinion. Maybe the truth lies somewhere in between.

What a load of horse end-product! Calling a fact of life a swindle doesn't make it less true, it just demonstrates your lack of knowledge or ability to grasp simple principles... which, I don't venture a guess.
