Try catching a show at Club One downtown (drag queen entertainers), I have seen non-entertainer trannies often at those shows. Great town for transvestites.
Craiglist is another good method to reach them.

What kind? A man turned into a woman? Or a woman turned into a man? Or does that really make any difference? Any way you look at it, they're a little bit of both, but not enough of either.

It must be large enough to have a t-girl bar. I would call any bar in town and ask if they know of a place that it t-girl friendly. Then call those bars and ask around. That should work for you.
