i will't eat in early morning too; that's particularly like the physique hasn't "warmed up", hence it is not waiting to settle for and digest nutrition. If I eat, i will many times experience nauseous and be unwell for some hours. yet using fact the waking hours get longer, rather in process the night, that's on a similar time as i particularly crave for nutrition.

Some bread and butter to start with , then "Penne Napolitana ", as a main dish, a glass of red wine and some mineral water to go with it.
