Book a summer holiday, tell yourself every day that you are working to pay for a fabulous time!
I even draw a picture of myself lying next to the pool in the brochure - it helps me get through the first half of the year.

The only thing I can say is MONEY!
As long as it pays the bills then that's motivation for me!
As long as you know your doing the best at your job then that should be good.
Keep you head up too. You said couple of months, I'm not sure how long you've been there but it couldn't have been this bad the whole time. Just know things will get better as the always do. It's life baby, it has to have ups and downs. It just sucks because this just happens to be one of the down times.
Keep high spirits and Good luck!

human beings are purpose driven; they are only happy when they are moving toward a purpose. So, start every day with a list of what you have to do. If something new comes up, add it to the list. Write it down. Then circle the most important one and that becomes your top task. Then, discipline yourself to start on that task right away. You don't need to check your e-mail every five minutes—stay focused on that task. It takes great discipline, but you've already decided that this is the most important task you have today, so everything else is a relative waste of time. Finish it.
“There cannot be a stressful crisis next week. My schedule is already full…………. have a great day!!!!!!!!!

Music is one of the the best motivator. Keep a few music at work that you feel motivated when you hear them. Listen to them when you are least motivated.
Caffeine is another motivator. Drink some coffee and tea to lift you up.
Laughter is another good one. Go to a quiet room and laugh as much as you can. After that, you will find yourself filled with energy to do all things.

Perhaps you are sending the wrong candidates for these jobs. After all, no-one would turn down their dream job! Instead of trying to make money by sending just anyone to any interview, try being honest. Tell employers that you don't have suitable candidates and tell candidates that they don't have to go for just any old job!
If you start being more honest with others and with yourself, you may attract better karma. - You are the only one who can break this cycle.
