They are horrendous, they take great delight in driving off just as passengers approach the bus stop, they are devils in disguise.

Often traffic lights will change to red when the bus is half way across, or there is NOT enough road left for the Bus to stop safely. A lot of other motorists just focus on the road ahead and let no one out.

So a lot of Bus Drivers have NO choice but to just pull out or carry straight on at red lights.

At the end of the day I FULLY support Bus Drivers, and they do NOT deserve the abuse they get from passengers and other road users.

only been taking a bus to work since having a new job with no parking available. i find that every bus journey i have taken has been an epic, from being the slowest/fastest journey ever. to near misses. drivers shouting and swearing, even a driver getting out of the bus, running to stop the bus behind him to make sure he was taking the right route!!
oh and the very same driver who wasn't too keen on letting me or anyone else onto his bus, telling everyone to get on the one behind although his was empty lol fun fun fun x

You haven't seen anything till you have seen drivers of public transportation in Cairo whether buses, minibuses, microbuses, or even taxis. You'll get the wildest ride of your life and if you have a death wish, you might just get lucky!

bus drivers are bullies full stop one was on time I was driving my van on my side of the road there was a parked vehicle on the other side a bus driver just flew out from behind it almost causing a collision he told me I had to get out of his way and just kept driving toward me slowly eventually he saw sense as I was not going to allow the wanker to violate my right of way all he had done was make things hard for himself as he had to wait for the parked car to move as there where vehicles behind me and him he ought to have just waited
