Instead of throwing away old makeup, can it be used for something meaningful? Say, around the house??

You throw it out because overtime it collects bacteria. Letting the kids play with it is a bad idea, because of that. And I don't think it has much household use. Except maybe using it to stain fabric.... LOL

U can let your kids play with it (if you have girls) then u r reusing it!!!
