can i chnge my memory cards from 256mb ddr-400mhz 18 pin to 512mb ddr2-667mhz? or to 512mb ddr2-533mhz? thanks!

i dont think u can change from ddr1 to ddr2

No, you cannot. DDR2 will not fit in a DDR slot (logically, it would fit... but it won't work...)
If the slot supports DDR2, then yes you can... but if it had DDR in it, chances are VERY good that it doesn't support DDR2.

yes for sure but take notice of the socket in which ram is just inserted.
