I think that you should feel horrible and you don't even have the excuse that you were under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Eventually, the horrible feeling will fade, but if you have not learned a lesson from your mistake, you may repeat the same mistake.
Hopefully, you will remember how horrible you felt and you will not repeat the same mistake.
However, if you really want to be sure that you don't repeat it, you should tell your friend what happened, that way you will feel punished when she yells at you or slaps you. If you are punished, there is a lower likelyhood that you will do it again.
Moreover, she will keep a closer eye on you and her boyfriend, if she decides to keep either of you.

Honesty is still the best policy, 'fess up & hope for the best. At least you may get respect for being strong & doing the right thing. Should your friend find out on her own? I think it may get ugly, I know I would go to fisticuffs if my friend made out with my girlfriend back in the day. Why? Because it was kept secret between both co-conspirators. And that would tick just about anyone off, immensely.

I am not sure what the best option is here, You have 2 options - you tell your friend and hope she forgives you, she could get angry though and you may lose her friendship or you tell the boyfriend it was a mistake and it will never happen again and ask him not to tell your friend and hope she never finds out.
I am not going to call you bad names or judge you. People make mistakes, I just hope that you know now that you will not do it again
Good Luck

You obviously don't have much respect for yourself or her to do what you did, in sound mind and all. She will find out when he tells her - the first one to own up and apologise has the better chance of being her friend again - the will lose. Or you both will - you deserve to

ummm.....well if u were making out with him and he did'nt mind nor did he tell ur friend so that means that he likes you 2. but first ask him if he really does and if he likes u more then e=her then tell him to break up with her and get with u.......if u don't want ur best friend's feelings to be hurt then just treat her bf like an unknown person and find a guy some where else......lol........:) GOOD LUCK

Im sorry...i did the same thing as a teenager..and you mine as well just tell her. or atleast start ignoring her...So you won' t feel stupid when she finds out. Since you already got with him...maybe he thinks he is with you now----but plan on him doing the same to you-given the chance
You will just have to wait and see what happens.
Good Luck

Tell your friend the truth, hope she forgives you. Friends are forever, men come and go. It's a cliche' for a reason.

I hate to be the one to tell you, but you should have thought about that prior to betraying your friend.
