I am a 14yr female. I have applied for many job over the past few months and I havent been contacted. Why is this? I have tryed so hard and just dont seem to be getting emplyment. Most if not all my friends have jobs!

Do health check:
- which jobs are you applying for?
- do you think you have the right qualifications for the job you are applying for?
- are there others similar to your age doing similar jobs?
- Is your CV working for you? - look at your cv and decide if you would hire that person?
- Ask some one who you think can give you an honest feedback on your CV
- be objective with yourself

do u look like a grade school?
and personality is one of the basis..
also try to look at ur resume and application..thats very important.....always a remember that a resume is like a ticket to an airplane...u sell urself to the company so in dat try to make it good...
