most likely, go to the manafacturers web site, you will probably find a support, or downloads, or drivers link there. find the model of the dongle you are installing and save the file to your hard disk

yes... go to the manafacturers website and it is highly likely it will be on there... if not contact them through there website and explain the situation... if this doesn't help search on google or yahoo for drivers for the make and model of your dongle

if you mean a bluetooth dongle it's unlikely you will get a version off the internet, it will you allow about 5mb of file transfers.
