It is all in one beautiful song by Israel Kamakawiwo. You might of heard it. It plays in the end scene of 50 first dates with Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore and it is also in the "Meet Joe Black" soundtrack..
It always makes me cry, I even love it so much I want to walk down the isle to it. But I suggest you sing it karaokr style because half the beauty is in the actual music.
