A grain of drop, a drop of water........everything has a soul. And this soul is actually the purpose for which they are meant. This includes us also. If the purpose is not fulfilled, the soul dies. Flowers are meant to spread fragrance, stars are meant to shine, trees are meant for shade & fruits.....their purpose of existence is their soul.
Even Y/A has a soul. Its soul is to ask/answer in a genuine way. By doing so, we are keeping the soul of this site alive :)

Yes, of course
The way i look at the soul, they are the determined spirit and the heart. i am not saying that any of those things have a heart. i am saying that there all there to do something and have their own, and unique way to do it. That's the only way humanity survives in this world, is to have a soul. The grain of sand does not want to be there, it is just there for children to play in. Hell, this sand already went through enough, its crap from a parrot fish. Sand is grounded up coral. Its all been through obstacles, and created into something. And if you are by any of these objects, you can tell there is some feeling with them, like a spirit.
Sands mood: beach/ come and soothing, if left alone
Electricity's mood: rushy/ scared
Waters mood: Loving and soft/ but other times, mean and cruel

what is the definition for soul? it is a soul searching question. if we consider only animate things to have a soul, and we know that all these are made of organic matter , having carbon , hydrogen and oxygen molecules.Even the particles of sand or a piece of wood have these molecules.Probably they have something more than a soul, If a soul has no death most of these do not perish , they reappear in some form or other. If Lord Vishnu can reside in atoms of all existing particles , they should possess the soul of the ultimate almighty.

Of course everything has a soul.
God is not in the universe He/She is the universe.
She created the universe from the only thing that She had available, Herself.
You and the most distant star from you in the universe both exist within the idea of God.
This is a difficult concept for most people to comprehend because they have been taught nonsense about God. Like the idea that God lives far away on a cloud called heaven. God is not a raindrop. Raindrops live in clouds Not God. This is foolishness. Everyone and everything is a part Of God.
Jesus told us that the kingdom of God is within us. This is true because each and every one of us exist as a part of God. We live and move within our loving source. There is no moment or possibility that we can ever be apart from her.
Forget the silly stories that you have been told about a distant God that lives in the clouds. Look around you. Everything that you see is God.
Love and blessings.

I dont know about sand? given that it takes millions of years for a rock to become sand I would doubt it. what purpose would it serve sand to have a soul.
The Soul is the living entity within all animals, human or otherwise, it is the spark of life that you see in the eyes of all creatures.
Maybe the soul is the electrical impulse that we see that is generated by the brain, it does not have to be derived of an supreme being. For me I like to think so however dust to dust , ashes to ashes ...it is a question I hope not to answer too soon.

The answer is an emphatic 'YES!'. Well, I learnt something called Pranic Healing. By and by I got to know that each soul takes 5 forms - mineral, plant, animal, human and then the supreme being. Hence, yes, everything does have a soul.

I think so....a soul
or maybe at least some level of consciousness...maybe not self-aware like us but still alive...
...science states that matter is not really solid but condensed energy...vibrating...alive...
so even tho our brain deceives us into thinking
matter is 'solid' as we perceive it as solid, it's actually not...atoms, electrons, etc. floating in space....I think of what animates all this and what animates the cells in my own body and it seems there is a soul or level of consciousness to everything....
There is a great book called "primary perception" where plants, food, cells, etc were tested and found to respond to intent/thoughts(intent to harm, feelings fo love, etc.). In the "The hidden message of water," Dr. Emoto conducted tests to see how water responds to words, thoughts. etc. The crystal pics are amazing.
I think this universe shares a collective consciousness....maybe some levels of matter(grain of sand, drop of water, etc.) are more "dense" than others but I feel that everythin' in this universe is alive n connected.
Yes, I believe everything has a soul. The dance of life requires it to be so.

Living things have souls and things that are not have a uniquqe vibration that effect the other things around them. Its a lot like a soul but it is trapped inside that being and dies or escapes into the atmosphere when that thing finally decomposes. So really.... yes... it really depends on what you class as a soul really...
Its nice to think though isnt it. "D

What do you think is a soul? If there is a soul in everything then even the chair can think for itself. Does it really wants to be seated by it's creator? All things have a conciousness. A soul have the ability to think and act by its own will.
