A lot of girls will appreciate a Pashmina (Scarf), and you can pick them up from most decent clothes shops. Ideally you want one that is at least 70% Pashmina wool or Cashmere, although the cashmere will be more expensive.
If you had more time, Ebay is a fantastic way to pick up cheap Pashminas, but you wouldn't be able to get them for tomorrow I'm afraid.

You can do a lot with £25 but you know her better than us!!
Gift vouchers are good (clothes, beauty treatment, music)
Flowers are okay too if she would like them
Fancy chocolates or bath stuff.

Most women enjoy bubble bath or bath salts. You could get her a foot scrub and a pretty nail polish to go with it. You can also make her a card, that's the most thoughtful thing.

You can get a decent perfume for that price, or a nicepairof earrings, or a gift voucher for one of her favourite shops all girls love Next.

what about jewellry, clothes, cds, shoes or handbags or even a voucher for a massage which is what i got my friend last year. it cost £30 however it was a full body massage and they had ones for £15 which only included upper body.

Not sure the amount of money you stated-im in the states-but a gift certificate for a massage would be great! or manicure, pedicure....etc....

get her flowers (asda) and make a wee bag up with things in it how about a nice pair of earings(argos) and a bottle of wine(asda) that you could get for twenty five pound.
