an easy receipe with very little preparation time:
Boneless chicken @ 2#
Teriyaki sauce
1/2 lemon
Put chicken , teriyaki sauce and squeeze lemon juice in a ziplock baggy. Let marinate in the frig for about 2-4 hours. Heat your grill and throw it on!
Make a salad for the side and you have a great low fat dinner!

You should make tacos or nachos with loads of dripping melted cheese and guacamole and salsa.
I love mexican food at the moment.

grilled chickens/steaks with some good veggies (potate mashed, peas, corn, green beans, salads, or something like that)... and grab dessert from a food store as such cheesecake, ice cream cake, or something like that.
