Press F1 "the button next to the esc button" top left of the keyboard. If it happens next time you turn the computer on it may be the computer internal battery is flat.

Press F1 it will take you to this bios setup, and just follow what it says. if you added new hardware, sometimes it will do that so you can setup the new hardware in the bios. It not a big deal at all.

Its a bit hard to narrow down the problem, with the description provided. But you might want to check the cmos settings?
If that doesn't help, you could post to see if there is any weird sounds/beeps or error messages. Also you could take a look at the lights combination on your motherboard as they tend to tell you certain error messages or problems for diagnostics

press F1 when the bios screen comes up press the function key for loading defaults (sometimes F9) or maybe use your arrow keys to switch to the exit page and a choice will be there to load defaults...when set exit saving changes and restart...GL...no guarantee

Press "F1" is a basically problem of your CMOS Battery (Real Time Battery)
Try to change your battery. Purchase CMOS Battery (CR 2032) from market & replace it
