if the object changes its position with refrence to a fixed position it is said to be in motion or moved

You can say it only on the basis of relativity
with respect to an object that is always stationary we can say if an object has moved with respect to that stationary object.

u can also interpret it in a different way.
as if the object that we thought was stationary in the above object can be considered as the moving object!

well it is always relative.
it's simple even thought it is very complex!

An oblect is said to be moved when the position of the body changes from A to B or vice versa.

you must first choose a reference point
example
my computer is my reference point
if i walk way i have moved

however if my head is my reference point and i walk away i have not moved

you have moved if the distance between the reference point and you has changed
