im from scotland so the smoking bans been in here for a while, it's crap you can't smoke anywhere thats inside even the bus shelter you have to stand out side it if your smoking, and most places there is one designated area where you can smoke, you will find it hard and probably not go out as much as it's a pain having to go in and out of the nightclub or pub for a cig in the rain.

many times, smoking ban or no, places with a hide-charge will stamp your hand once you enter the door. If somebody lights furniture up interior, they are informed to place it out. in the event that they get unruly, they are ejected. i've got no longer seen any rebellious/mutinous pastime so far. artwork rigidity ranges are a similar. as far as great venues go, i don't be attentive to for the reason that its been years for the reason that i've got been to a stay overall performance. i be attentive to that at carrying events, the guy might learn how to leave.

YOU people make me hopping mad. Why do you feel so hard done by??? For years you've been making it so that non smoking people like me can't enjoy a nightclub because of your smoke, now the boots on the other foot you feels it's not fair!!
And yes, no doubt you will still light up even tho you're not supposed too, just because you are selfish, and have no idea just how disgusting your habit is or how unfair it is on the person who doesn't smoke.
You should try living with a lung condition and see wether a mouthful of someones elses smoke makes you feel good.
Why not stoop down to your ashtray right now and have a good sniff........ that's what YOU smell like to other people!

This law is disgusting. I'm a non smoker, What next, strict noise ordinances? strict limits on establishment capacity? sting operations against those smoking outside establishments?

Why would not smoking affect your enjoyment .
Any sensible person should be glad to stop polluting his/her lungs and polluting other peoples at the same time .
