I need a make over any suggestions ?

I am in need of an overhaul. I am in the dumps all over the place. Finances are the worst they have ever been and I need a dentist. No insurance . Just lost my car . I could go on and on but you get the picture Iam sure. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks alot Margo.

me move a cross the world . a there are a lot of trouble and bad luck since ....
