Me too! All tests have come back normal but still no baby, its very frustrating isnt it? I am on Clomid now and i dont see the point because i ovulate but its the only thing the docs could tweak! I have tried everything so now am going to put it to the back of my mind and focus on enjoying life. I have friends who are new mummies (and were pregnant as soon as look at a willy!)and its hard (pardon the pun) but i cant do anything else now and am sick of putting my life on hold. I find it helpful to chat to people who have been there or going through the same thing, it makes me feel less of a failure somehow. I have my fingers crossed for you, Good luck x

Many couples can try for a long time, and then suddenly it just happens. it is true that 90% of people get pregnant in the first year, but some just don't.
try using the ovulation predictor kits, and see if that helps (if you're not already)
Also, don't forget to ENJOY the sex!!! Stress etc can make it less likely that you will concieve!
Also, go for AL the fertility testing WITH your partner, this is a JOINT thing and the more together you feel, the better the outcome whatever happens!
Good luck

Sorry to hear it is taking you so long. Had your partner also been chacked out? One thing that could be stopping it from happening is you getting stressed about it and focusing on it too much. If you relax and just forget about it for a while, it might just happen when you least expect it! Make sure you are both eating a healthy diet and have cutdown on alcohol, given up smoking and cutdown on caffeine, also get plenty of exercise. If your periods are not regular try the herb agnus castus which is brilliant for regulating them. Good Luck x

My friend tried for over 2 years with her first and almost gave up, then she conceived her next two babies without even really trying.
I used ovulation predictors for each of my 3 pregnancies and i've been lucky enough to conceive on our 1st attempt each time. So knowing the exact right time to try obviously helps.
It maybe would be helpful to go back to the Dr's, both of you.
Lots of luck, try not to worry too much, you'll get there!

When you give up trying, is when you'll conceive. Honestly i was trying since September 2004 and as soon as i gave up and thought i'd never have kids i got pregnant! I'm now 9 weeks so still early days yet. But good luck and try not to worry. x

18 months is quite a long time to be trying with no success, you must be really fed up by now, I would make another trip to the Dr with your partner and see if they have anything different to say.
Have you tried using ovulation tests? Just to ensure you are trying at the right times. Have a look at fertilityfriend and mymonthlycycles they might be able to help.
Good Luck.

Worry can make it harder. Stress can do the same. Diet has an effect, healthy exercize in important. Some women find B-12 shots to be of assistance (empirical tests don't confirm it, but there are lots of B-12 Babies.) Read current research for assistance. Have you tried to take your temperature and record it for the "best times" for pregnancy?

It can take a while to fall pregnant. Has your boyfriend been checked out as well? If not he needs to be checked as well. it took me 14 months to fall pregnant with my first son so it will happen just relax and try not to worry. Good luck.

Sometimes it just takes people longer to concieve you need to try not to stree yourself out about it though otherwise this pregnancy will not happen when your stressed your body changes and believe me you won't concieve. Also have you had your partner checked whether he is fertile or not
