Dude, probably just a blown bulb, the flasher unit which makes the indicators blink will work quicker in this case because of reduced resistance in the circuit.

No big deal,the signal bulb in the rear is burned out,just replace the bulb and the front will return to flashing normal.

If you change the globe on the driver side rear all will return to normal

check the bulb for starters then fuses socket and wireing. a turn signals is cheaper to repair the a fix it ticket.

It might be due to a bulb being burnt out, or maybe a fuse getting ready to go.
