Seek another doctor's opinion but a week is not enough for the doctor to make all those tests and you get the results.
and a law sue takes too long too.You should know that.
I think you're lying.

Heck yeah, a week is more than ample time for a lawsuit to drag its way through the court system. I bet no more than one or two days would be involved in locating an attorney, filing the paperwork after getting reams of paperwork from the Doctor's office, etc.
