Sorry, if you don't pay Taxes in the UK. then you shouldn't be able to have free education, the citizens work hard to pay their taxes, so our children can have it for free, we pay for most of our lives, from the day we begin working, some if they have pensions, pay taxes until they die, so why should you have free education, if your family or yourself pay UK taxes.

Any secondary school in England will consider taking you if you live in their catchment area.

If you don't pay our taxes then you shouldn't get free education with our tax money.
A student exchange would be more equitable.
