you need to warp back up there...as after you have defeated those big black guys with the wolf this opens up the teleport portal. Then on your way down there is a path off to the right as you are coming down that is blocked with a rock and you can blow this up which will make access to zora's domain alot easier.

Warp to Zora's Domain, then keep on heading South/down (follow the blue/water on the map). I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for. You can also try warping to there and transform back to a human.

You can exit from Zora's domain by walking out rather than swimming out.
PS Blow up the giant rock that you used to melt the ice.
