Paid Survey Sites that asking for membership fee is Scams and UNLEGITIMATE EMPLOYMENT OFFER.. Is it true?

If they allowed access to the surveys for free we would have "curiosity" applicants filling out survey applications that were not really serious about the surveys, and taking up applications intended for serious job applicants.

They said that they just want to weed out the "just curious" applicants from the "serious and reliable" survey employees.

Since a survey taker can easily make the application fee back in only about an hour online, we don't really see it as a fee, but a way to show you are serious about being an online survey taker.

Please hellp me, i wanna participate to a legitimate Paid Survey Site THAT AVAILABLE HERE IN PHILIPPINES and i can really earn good enough money.
I dont know what im going to believe, Please help me guys.

Well, there are scams but there are many honest, too. And yes, some of survey sites filtering members by asking one time fee. But there are some sites asking fee for nothing actually. No, any site that asks you to pay them is a scam! Some will never send you surveys and others will send your name to a couple of companies you could have for free.
