Help, PLZZZ, i have a microsoft word doc & want to delete the last unused clean page, how do i do that & save?

It's easy. Just move your cursor to the right of the last word in the document. Then hold down the "Delete" key on your keyboard. Once that last page is gone, click on "File" on top, and then click on "Save". That'll do it.

your best bet is to decrease the bottom margin to less than what you have right now (default is 1", so set it to .5"), then that last page would be disappeared, then you can save your document and worry-free about the extra blank page at the end.
