Well you can find various punk songs that are like 30 seconds long. But personally I don't think it counts as a song unless it's at least 1 minutes 30 seconds long. And it can't be overly repetitive.

Oh wait, you said Pop music. Well, nevermind, that doesn't count as actual music anyway. It's all just done by commercial formula anyway.

"Sleep" by Garbage is only 2:10. I would bet there are shorter ones though...like the oldies. Buddy Holly, stuff like that...
