Wipe the floor with the mop as dry as you can get it, or use a different dry mop (or both). Commercial operators use a buffer to shine up the floor and get rid of water marks.

I would say that you have to much floor liquid still in the mop or on the floor . Here is what you might like to try . 1 BUY a new mop. Rinse your new mop in hot water with no floor cleaner. then go over your floor only with cold water, this will remove any left over soap that´s been left on the tiles. 2 With boiling hot water and a very little of your normal floor cleaner, best not use bleach as bleach discolors the tiles and leaves streak marks be hide , any other will do. then wash the floors with the boiling hot water , they will dry much faster and without any marks

When you've finished cleaning the floor properly you have to squeeze out the mop until it's just damp then go over the floor until the moisture is spread evenly over the whole floor. Let it dry that way.
If you still get water marks, it's probably worth investing in a squeegee thingummy (like is used for car windows). After you've dragged all the water with it you go over it with a clean dry mop to pick up all the left over drops of water.

Yes I have advice you can use for your tiled floor, just use half cup of White Vinegar to your rinse water this will stop the dried water marks on your floor and they will come out clean and shiny, I use this techique on my floors all the time, and I don't have to wax as often, looks clear, clean and shiny everytime. Good Luck !

depends on your floor.
But one way is to use hot and I mean HOT water you might have to do it 2 times first time to clean the 2 time to make sure all the left over is moped up.

When you mop for the second time make sure your mop is rung out well so you do not have tons of water in it.

I use a damp cloth with mild detergent, put the cloth on the floor and use my feet to scrub the floor.
There is never any watter marks left behind.
Hope this helps.
