I think before stufying a course in office management you should seriously consider taking a foundation course in the English language. "Battlte" is not an English word anymore than "purcharsing". You certainly won't be managing my office. Learn to read and write and, now I'm just guessing here, I would also consider taking a simple primary school course in arithmetic because I'm guessing you're not too hot at that either.
